Vegas in three days. Three days! Wait, I should be counting the hours... 71 1/2 hours!

I think everyone has their own little story about Hurricane Charley, so here's my list of thoughts:
1. A recent Florida transplant and his R32 didn't get swpet away in the hurricane and that's unfortunate.
2. My cousin Cheryl and her daughter, Katreena, in Naples are OK. They're just south of Ft. Myers — eek!
3. I wonder if Marco Island is underwater? That's where I went on vacation a few months ago. That's right by Ft. Myers, too, and it's an island. I hope not.
4. Aunt Diana and Justina were in Orlando during the hurricane — I had no idea until the day afterwards! The good part is that they were in Disney, which has its own underground power system, and they basically cocooned everyone in, with power, and kept them safe from the scary weather world outside. Behold the power of Disney. The power of Disney is a little bit frightening, but at least they were safe. No word on if they made it home yet.
