6. A hand-picked rose.

Yay, it's Memorial Day weekend! Last year it rained all weekend and we spent the entire time wasted and wearing our gray UConn sweatshirts, drinking gin and tonics out of plastic soda bottles in the back of the Jetta.
I want that fun again this weekend.

Adding to yesterday's list...

5. A map of Connecticut/Rhode Island/Massachusetts.

I wonder what will today bring?!
This is kind of like a scavenger hunt!

Something in the hallway smells like sno-cones. It's great.

I know I've been MIA lately, but I think it's worth it.

The way to Kara's heart:
1. Russian cigarettes.
2. Chicken fingers.
3. Powder for Ruffles.
4. A cell phone car charger.

I could get used to this.

The R32 had a playdate with a K2 yesterday. I'm sure the imagestation pictures won't show up, but I'll give it a shot...

Check out the photos here. It's like a math problem that I actually like: R32+K2=VW fun.
Also, pictures of Megan and Bunny's new kitty, Ace, here. I can hardly wait to go play with him!
And pictures of Megan's birthday party here. Can anyone tell me what I drank that was blue Saturday night? Because you're crazy if you think I remember anything. Sometimes I think I need to be leashed.

My brother is home from Hungary.
Yaaaaaaaaaaaaay!
Too bad he's got the jetlag and he's fast asleep after two martinis.

Also, big baby shout out to Olivia Grace, Bunny's new baby niece. A beautiful chubby cheekerina. Congratulations to Auntie Bunny!
It makes me smile when I say: "Bunny, you are an auntie now! Are you excited?" And she says: "Oh my God, I love her so much!"
So wonderful.

And what is this, Allie's The Best Ever is back?! Horray!

I love how things change every day.
Now this is more like it...

You're Vatican City!

You're pretty sure that you're infallible in all that you do or say, and it's hard to say whether you're right.  You have a lot of followers, most of whom will do whatever you say without question, or line up to see you ride around in your spiffy car.  Religious and reserved, you have some wisdom, but also a bit much contempt for everyone around you.  You're also fabulously wealthy, no matter what you say to the contrary.

PASQUALLI (1/3), 2 3/4, DIES IN HER STAMFORD HOME
The final 1/3 of Pasqualli the goldfish, a Stamford resident, died Thursday evening, April 29, at home. She was 2 3/4.
She died peacefully of natural causes, with her loving owner by her side, according to family.
Born in 2001, Pasqualli was won at the Danbury Fair carnival by her owner, Karen (Bunny) Elizabeth Hirsch of Stamford. She grew up in Shelton and moved to Stamford at age 1.
She is survived by a friend, Heath the betta, of Shelton.
She was predeceased by the other 2/3 of Pasqualli, one who scandalously died July 15, 2003, and the other who died Wednesday night. She was also predeceased by a friend, Penelope, of Shelton.
The family speculates the final 1/3 of Pasqualli died of a broken heart because her lover, Pasqualli, died the previous night.
"Thus ends the life, the ledgend, the holy trinity of godfish," Hirsch says.
Burial was private Thursday evening at her Morgan Street home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that fish owners change the fish water on a regular basis.
