Last night we were in the trashiest of all trashy bars, and within minutes of walking in, my favorite Pantera song, "Slaughtered," came on. Shocking and refreshing. I need to go home and dig up "Far Beyond Driven." That really is one of my favorite albums of all time. My metal days may be making a welcome comeback.

TGIF. I'm going to stay home this weekend in a feeble attempt to save money. Except I need to go out and buy a new cell phone, because this beast is on its last leg.
